A note on the selection

Different voices.
A shared medium.

There is no single gallery formula. Some emails behave like an exhibition poster; others like a magazine or a personal invitation. These examples offer a way to compare those choices without treating one style as the answer.

These are ten real campaign excerpts received between 25 June and 11 August 2026. Open any screenshot to see its full selected excerpt. This is a dated editorial study, not a live feed or a complete newsletter archive. Design observations are iHouseDesign’s editorial commentary.

Artwork and newsletter designs belong to the respective artists and galleries. Excerpts are shown with attribution for design discussion. Service footers and personal links are omitted; the original emails are not published. Gallery links lead to official sources, including the public campaign page when available.

Explore the editorial shortlist

A selection of influential contemporary galleries with US exhibition spaces, balanced with four photography specialists. The choices reflect relevance to image-making, collector communication and newsletter design. They are an editorial shortlist, not a numerical ranking.

Five have examples above. The other fifteen are research candidates; their newsletters are not represented in this edition.
