NOVEMBER 3, 2026 · SALES REVIEW · IHOUSEDESIGN

What we offered.
What people saw.

Seventeen offer families, representative sent emails, original visuals and known buyer reactions.

Snapshot of 1,216 sent receipts across seven iHouseDesign accounts. 959 outreach receipts were grouped by primary offer. Six sales or placement replies are discussed separately, 13 receipts were operational and 238 fell outside verified outreach groups or lacked usable content.

Each example below is an actual sent message. Greetings, signatures and contact details are removed. Images come from the matching sent archive. The representative message may differ from the previous text-only example because visual evidence was recoverable here. Groups contain variants and mixed relationships. Counts are sends, and replies use unequal observation windows. Quoted business claims reproduce what we sent and require independent verification.

Clay II brings together three ceramic artists at Brutto Gusto.

We write, design and send the collector emails for New York artist David Drebin, including ones sent with Galerie de Bellefeuille and Hilton Contemporary. They bring collectors back asking about specific works. One is below.

Receipt 1056 · Re: Improving frazierhomedesign.com

We were in contact with you in 2019.

You design live with the people who will actually live in the house.

We could explore using AI after that conversation, organising the notes into a brief with confirmed choices separate from ideas still open. Your designers would check it; the software would help capture the thinking, not replace the live design.
We designed the book below and the website for New York artist David Drebin - daviddrebin.com

That's one example. Would you like to talk about how we could work together?

I saw Feline on Blackwell & Ruth’s site. Sublime.

We could build you a virtual gallery where people walk through your photographs, like the one we built for New York artist David Drebin, whom we’ve worked with since 2006. Walk-through videos are here — https://daviddrebin.com/the-collections/collectors-edition. We also designed seven of his books and his website - daviddrebin.com

Receipt 1124 · Our Lady of Belen Chapel

It's been a while...
We built your website in 2015, and sent you ideas for a redesign in 2024.

Saw Our Lady of Belen Chapel. Those marble piers and hanging rings of light are beautiful.

A new site could open with work like the chapel, with pages your office can update.
We designed the book below and the website for New York artist David Drebin - daviddrebin.com

Worth revisiting the redesign?

Receipt 1203 · What to keep in an old house

In a 2025 interview you named the Renovation on Cox's Row in Georgetown as an example of weaving modern elements into a historic house. I'd like to explore a podcast conversation about what to preserve and what to change in an old house, starting from that project, then pair your explanation with the work in a short film. A homeowner planning a renovation could watch it before getting in touch.

For David Drebin, we turn his interviews into videos with his work at daviddrebin.com/drebinology — https://daviddrebin.com/drebinology

I'd be glad to discuss it on a call if you're interested.

Receipt 915 · Translating nature into studio work

I liked the Season 5 opener description, with Mary Tonkin painting the bush in a sensory, intuitive way.

Sculptor Chris Schulz makes polished stainless steel sharks. He can talk about his pull to the ocean while working partly in Berlin.

I've known Chris for eight years - www.chrisschulz.com

Chris would be a great guest on Creative Contemplation. How do we coordinate?

Receipt 1057 · Re: Online presence / gibbonsarchitects.co.nz

We were in contact with you in 2020.

Airspresso puts the workspace at the centre, with customers seated around it.

We could make a project presentation for café operators around that layout, showing how the plan works beside the finished space. Existing project material could give that decision another life beyond the portfolio.
We designed the book below and the website for New York artist David Drebin - daviddrebin.com

That's one idea. Would you be open to a call about where we could work together?

Receipt 383 · Artist selections for Supervision

Loved the de Chirico feel of Rory Payne’s John Lewis shoot.

We built an app for Plutino Group to make artist selections for each brief and send them in a branded email. It also shows which recipient links were opened and which artist links got clicked.

How does your team prepare those selections today? We’d be happy to show you how the app works.

Receipt 321 · A project story for MattoBoard in SketchUp

I saw the new MattoBoard extension for SketchUp. The sequence from real materials in a model to a client-ready board is a good story to show through a complete interior project.

We could design and build a campaign page around one studio's project, following the materials from selection to the finished presentation. I run iHouseDesign; our work for artist David Drebin is at www.daviddrebin.com.

Would you be open to a Zoom call?

What happened once somebody answered

An architect asked whether the podcast and film involved fees. We quoted $1,000 per month for at least one approved booking and a short film per podcast, one round of changes, with the next invoice held if bookings fell behind. A second architecture prospect also asked whether this was paid. No purchase verified in these reviewed conversations.

A gallery requested terms. We quoted €900 per month for two collector emails, two revision rounds and €500 setup. The gallery said the cost was too high. Another gallery said it handles collector emails internally.

An adviser invited more detail on a collection publication. We described the editorial concept and later showed a hardcover sample, with design estimated at a few thousand dollars and printing separate. An architecture contact asked what our example book was about. An interior studio mistook a journal-email idea for book publishing or PR. An installation specialist thought we were requesting confidential project information.

The software project developed into an unpaid collaboration. Host corrections, guest invitations, opt-outs and prior-client interest should be treated separately from new paying clients.

Experiments prepared separately

The monthly project-email opening test for art advisers, monthly customer stories for funded startups, and broader brand conversations with interiors studios are proposed tests. No outcomes are attributed to those plans here.

Questions for independent review

Which offers make the buyer, deliverable and reason to act clear? Where might the proof example suggest a different service? Which outcomes suggest budget resistance, a misunderstood offer or an in-house alternative? Which conclusions would require more mature sends or paid-conversion evidence? Recommend one audience and one offer to test next, and explain what result would change your mind.
