Start With Visibility.
Then Change the Account.
This page separates “uploaded,” “active,” and “actually served”—three states that should never again be discussed as if they mean the same thing.
What I would change next
- Make this inventory the canonical review surface and refresh it automatically every morning; stop using the AdRoll interface for routine review.
- Complete the July family only after comparing the API-visible sizes against the required format set.
- Rename future ads with one stable convention: artwork family · dimensions · channel · version · upload date.
- Keep an incumbent control and judge replacement by evidence—minimum 30 days and 5,000 impressions per family—not by calendar rotation.
- Repair inquiry attribution before treating clicks, AdRoll conversions, or the platform’s ROI field as commercial truth.
What I would not change yet
No budget, targeting, campaign, or ad status should be changed from this first pass. The immediate problem is classification: the account contains a large historical library, while only a small subset delivered recently. Once the team agrees which families are current controls and challengers, changes can be proposed one by one with approval and proof.
Every Size.
Every State.
“Active” is the AdRoll library flag. “Served” is stronger evidence: at least one reported impression in the trailing 30-day window. Neither is a sales result.
